The popular drama starring Masaki Suda, titled “Do Not Speak of the Mystery,” has been adapted into a movie.
The TV drama series “Do Not Speak of the Mystery,” which aired on Fuji TV’s Monday 9:00 PM time slot in January 2022, is a live-action adaptation of the popular comic by Yumi Tamura, with a cumulative circulation of over 18 million copies. The story revolves around the protagonist, Totonou Kuno, who calmly presents his theories based on vast knowledge and unique perspectives, unraveling the mysteries behind various incidents. It is a refreshing and innovative mystery drama.
The movie adaptation focuses on what is popularly known among the fans as the “Hiroshima Arc” from the original source material. In this arc, Totonou Kuno visits Hiroshima and becomes entangled in the mystery surrounding the inheritance of a family of hunters.
